Broker portal
Last twenty jobs
Partner groups, broadcasts and files. Internal HOLM groups are refused on every run.
Builds today's availability sheet fresh from Odoo, greets each group by the time of day in its own language, and sends it to every approved group. You see the exact message and the count before anything goes. A group that already has today's sheet is never sent it twice.
It greets each group in its own language, waits 30 to 60 seconds between sends, and stops the moment you press Stop. Nothing goes out after 20:30.
It resolves the unit from the inventory and the names from your saved contacts. If two people match closely it will ask you rather than guess, and the question turns up in Asks. One copy per person per six hours, however many times you press.
A group found by the sync arrives as a suggestion and stays out of every broadcast until you approve it. Groups marked internal can never be approved from here.
Briefings
Every approved company, and when they were last in the gallery.
Invite writes the message, attaches the sales gallery photo and a link to the booking form, and shows it to you first. Nothing reaches a group until you press Send on the card in Asks. Internal groups are refused outright.
Invite brokers
Everyone saved as a broker in your WhatsApp, and where they stand with your portal.
Invite shows you the exact message and the list first; nothing goes until you press Send on that card. 40 people per press, 30 to 60 seconds apart, never after 20:30. An invitation holds for a week; after that the person moves to Not connected and can be reminded once. HOLM colleagues, people who left the business and developers are refused whatever is ticked. CEOs and owners stay excluded until you approve them one by one.

System
Rebuilt every five minutes from the broker portal, this Mac's WhatsApp (for the names) and the portal bridge's own record of every file it sent. Wait times are counted from the broker's tap to the file landing in their chat.
Social
Stories on WhatsApp and Instagram, and the LinkedIn queue.
How it is going
Stories
Both weekly counters are kept. Whichever is tighter is the one that is obeyed.
You say the week restarts on Monday; every source I can find says each invite frees its own slot seven days later. Rather than pick, both are counted and the tighter one wins, plus twenty a day so the sending never looks automated. After a fortnight the ledger will say which counter LinkedIn is really applying to your account. Anyone you want sooner, tap Invite and they jump the queue.
Automatic tasks
The switch decides whether it is ever scheduled. Run and Stop act on right now.

Knowledge base
What it has learned since the last fold. Every night these go into the brief it thinks with. Edit or delete anything that is wrong.
Asks
Where it stopped rather than guess. Nothing here is lost; it waits.
Log
One line per step of every job. Nothing does work quietly.
Locked
This portal can message a hundred and fifty broker groups, so it does not open on a URL alone.
Once Cloudflare Access is switched on for this project you will not see this screen again.
